The Little Rock Horror Picture Show is coming up soon, March 22-24th, at the Argenta Community Theater and The Joint in North Little Rock.

According to Brooke Duszota they are casting a promotional spot and are in need of a male in late 30s to early 40s and a Boy from 9 to 12 years old. Duszota says “wide range of acting skill/depth of expression required for boy (role).” I talked to the director of Photography, Bryan Stafford about the project and he believes they will be shooting the spot within the next few weeks (possibly around March 1st on the weekend) as they Horror fest is approaching quick. He also told me the premise is more creepy and atmospheric compared to gory. If you are interested in auditioning or performing in the promo email brooke@brookeduszota.com.

According to Justin Nickels, in addition to being held at the Argenta Community Theater and The Joint, the festival will feature Q and As and panels with Actor/Producer Jonny Mars, Director Chad Crawford Kinkle, Director Spencer Parsons, Director Eric England, Actor/Producer Ace Marerro, Actress Katie Stegeman, Actress Ashley Spillers, Director David Hall and more. The LRHPS Facebook page recently linked a trailer to the film Jug Face which will be screening at this year’s festival. You can watch the crazy trailer below. I think I spot Deadwood‘s Sean Bridgers.
